📦 1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Ranngen purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or odours.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.



📨 2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email return@ranngen.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label.

Please do not send any item back to us without first requesting a return — it will not be processed.

⚙️ 3. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at return@ranngen.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.


🚫 4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Opened or used  fitness products
  • Gift cards and digital downloads

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before returning it.


💳 5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at return@ranngen.com.


🚚 6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard change-of-mind returns.
  • Ranngen Responsibility: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
    If a prepaid label is issued, the shipping cost may be deducted from your final refund (unless the return is due to our error).

🔒 7. Policy Protection

Ranngen reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above or show signs of misuse.
This policy is designed to ensure fair treatment for all customers while protecting product quality and safety.
