Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- International: 1–3 weeks from the date of purchase

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
We are not liable for any customs delays or additional costs. Delivery estimates exclude customs processing time.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages
- Delayed Orders: Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, peak seasons).
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact us. We’ll assist in investigating, but we cannot be held liable once delivery is confirmed.
- Undeliverable Packages: Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries can be reshipped (an additional fee may apply) or refunded minus the original shipping cost.
